Stern Lecture was the plumber at the beginning of the episode, and his slogan was, &#8220;I told you not to flush that.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I&#8217;ve never seen a local business (or any business) so blatantly rip off The Simpsons&#8217;.
