It&#8217;s been a while since I&#8217;ve gone past a\u00c2\u00a0 rough sketch &#8211; including inking (digitally), coloring, and dropping in a background. I&#8217;m pretty happy with the end result:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/FinalAlleyImage.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-843  aligncenter\" title=\"Wouldn't want to meet him in a dark... well you get it.\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/FinalAlleyImage-300x168.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/FinalAlleyImage-300x168.png 300w, https:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/FinalAlleyImage-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/FinalAlleyImage.png 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The posing is simplistic &#8211; the drawing was conceived with the setting in mind (a dark alley). I intend future drawings to possess more action. While I like how everything turned out, much of the character&#8217;s detail goes unnoticed. This was required to get the right perspective and framing for the alley.<\/p>\n<p>The size of the original drawing with just the character was actually very large (2500 x 3500 pixels). I ended up having to shrink it down to a tenth of the size.
