The release of new Reboots has been talked about for a while and were even mentioned on this <a title=\"Pick up the pace...\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/news\/2007\/10\/alphanumeric\/\" target=\"_blank\">blog<\/a>&#8230; <a title=\"Please.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/news\/2008\/07\/reboot-revival-awesomeawesome-to-the-max\/\" target=\"_blank\">twice<\/a>. Despite all this time, there has been little to nothing leaked to its fans: no footage, screen grabs, general storylines, pre-vis work&#8230; nothing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"Where's Fax Modem and Data Nully?\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/reboot2.JPG\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-332\" title=\"Where's Fax Modem and Data Nully?\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/reboot2-219x300.jpg\" alt=\"reboot2\" width=\"219\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/reboot2-219x300.jpg 219w, https:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/reboot2-747x1024.jpg 747w, https:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/reboot2.JPG 787w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 219px) 100vw, 219px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>At least until now. A few weeks ago, Rainmaker released a <a title=\"Incoming game!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rainmaker.com\/?\/home\/work\/6\" target=\"_blank\">teaser trailer<\/a> &#8211; and the emphasis is on teaser.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s cool to finally see something, and it certainly brings back memories of the series. However, the clip is a mere 15 seconds long and has zero characters in it. Has anything of significance really been developed for the movie? It is slated for a 2010 debut, but who knows how definite that is.<\/p>\n<p>Sigh&#8230; Apparently, it&#8217;s back to the waiting game. Wait, <a title=\"I'll overlook the fact Nick Cage is in it.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.astroboy-themovie.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Astroboy<\/a> is coming out soon?
