That is why I was interested when the showrunner, Giancarlo Volpe, posted a <a title=\"Sadly Ralph Wiggum wasn't in attendance.\" href=\"http:\/\/giancarlovolpe.tumblr.com\/post\/82641459722\/a-little-behind-the-scenes-look-of-the-early\" target=\"_blank\">mini-comic<\/a> he drew about his first experience attending a focus group for the series.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/GreenLantern.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1594 aligncenter\" title=\"Cartoon Network needs to stop killing good shows.\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/GreenLantern-300x168.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/GreenLantern-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/GreenLantern.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a curious, albeit biased, take on focus groups. Like most things, there&#8217;s probably a place for them &#8211; but I am sure most people put either way too much or way too little stock in what they say.
