Imagi is the force behind the new, awesome looking <a title=\"Coming To A Theater Near You?\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Astro_Boy_(film)\" target=\"_blank\">Astroboy Film<\/a>. The article goes on to say that the studio is temporarily shutting down due to lack of money and will remain offline until it can secure\u00c2\u00a0additional funding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"Looks Too Good To Get Shelved\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/astroboy.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pivisuals.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/astroboy.jpg\" alt=\"Looks Too Cool To Get Shelved\" width=\"308\" height=\"166\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The only thing is\u00c2\u00a0that most of the\u00c2\u00a0articles\/websites that give this dreadful news state they are awaiting confirmation &#8211; and it should assume this to be just a rumor until it is verified. To cast further doubt on these rumors, Forbes ran an articles claiming the studio did run into financial problems a few months ago <a title=\"A Super Hero In Need Of Rescue? C'mon!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/forbes\/2009\/0202\/072.html\" target=\"_blank\">but were rescued<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0(by the Chicago private equity firm, Prescient Advisors).<\/p>\n<p>So it is still unsure which story to believe. It is entirely possible that both are true. Perhaps Image Animation were in trouble a few months ago, secured additional funding, but then this money fell through.
